Superior

Few years ago one religious preacher meet me in a journey and after some format discussion he was start telling about his religion, define good thing that can benefit whole society and an individual and later conclude that his religion is superior than others.

Real Impact of that conversation leaves a question inside me who is greatest religion on earth?

Few months before had chance to visit Simhasth famously know as Kumbh mela in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh one of the largest human gathering in world held once in every 12 years. As usual was reading a book during my journey and eventually that about one of the greatest mugal king Akbar and his curiosity about religion.

Akbar invites discussions on every Thursday evening to Hindus, Roman Catholics, Zoroastrians, Jains and even atheists to participate at Ibādat Khāna as a debating house in Fatehpur Sikri. Spiritual leaders gathering of different religious grounds to conduct a discussion on the teachings of the respective religious leaders. Soon Akbar released that all participant in discussion trying to praise their religion and disobey others.

Similar as observe every person have same mentality today that he is practicing true God and have best religion in world. This God greater than others Gods. So question is still remains same who is the best religion in world?

 That religion is greatest that have largest followers in world or other who is spread very quickly or any other?

To compare things we should have some criteria or standards so we can set benchmark and then working. I suggest a list as:
Peace in society

      Economical Prosperity
 Happiness 
 Spirituality   
Adoptions of new thoughts

Ashok the greatest and mythical king of Indian past created a concept of Dhamma (in Pali, Dharma in Sanskrit) that related to generalized norms of social behaviour and activities; Ashoka tried to synthesize various social norms which were current in his time. It cannot be understood by assuming it is one of the various religions that existed at that time.

As per Dhamma if disrespect or disobey other religion than you harm your own first.

The one who always tell that superior than others is never be superior, if a thing is really best than other than it’s not require to prove anybody, his existence is already a prove like Sun is superior than other stars.
